Wow! It took a while, but here is my translation of the Vincent and Leo omake (extra) found in the new PH Guidebook 18.5 Evidence! Some RAW scans of the guidebook can be found at the PH LJ Community linked below.
Anyway, in this omake we find out that Leo finds “real women and the like to be pigs, absolute pigs” and is basically book-sexual. And Vincent realizes that he doesn’t mind being an M every once in a while~

Vincent: “Is it to your liking…? Since your command was to not cut it too short, the overall shape was kept…”
Leo: “………You are very skillful at this.”
Vincent: “Your words of praise honor me, Master Leo. Long ago, I used to cut my older brother’s hair…So I have a bit of confidence when it comes to handling scissors.”
Leo: “—-That way of talking…” [Note: Vincent has been speaking in keigo, or extremely polite language.]
Vincent: “Yes?”
Leo: “could you stop? I can’t say that I know you all that well, but…from what I’ve heard, you are supposed to be a much more perverted [guy], with a gross brother complex and a messed up head, right.” [Note: By the way, Vincent doesn’t stop. He continues to use keigo.]
Vincent: “Ha, ha, ha! Don’t be ridiculous!”

Leo: “Oh?”
Vincent: “You will not find another honest man who is as pure and wholehearted as I, if I do say so myself. Moreover, I swore to be loyal to you and, naturally, will not behave in a manner as to disgrace you…”
Leo: “………Loyalty…huh…So, in other words, you are the dog of Glen Baskerville, is that right?” [Note: The Kanji used is for “manservant.”]
Vincent: “No. I am not Glen’s dog, I am yours.” [Note: He says “Leo’s,” but the furigana next to Leo’s name is “anata,” which means “you.”]

Leo: “…No matter what I ask, so long as I ask it?”
Vincent: “Yes.”
Leo: “If I told you ‘go die!’ you would do it!?”
Vincent: “Yes, so long as you promise to grant my wish without fail after I have died.”
Leo: “……Then”

Leo: “I want to see you lick my shoes this instant, Vincent.”
Vincent: “Pfft. Ahahahahahaha! Hahahahahahahaha!”

Vincent: “Haha! Sorry… (chuckle) It’s just; I could never imagine you as the type of person who would say something like that…! I cannot say that I know you all that well, however according to my step brothers, you talk to your book like ‘Hah, hah…I cannot resist you today, either~ Real women and the like are pigs. Absolute pigs~’ making us, honestly speaking, worlds apart from each other—-“ [Note: The Japanese used for “step brothers” was one that also means something like “sworn brothers.”]
Leo: “That’s enough!!”
Vincent: (written text) –chuckle- “What is causing you to get so worked up? Are you displeased with me serving you?”
SFX: *kashi* -click-
Vincent: “Or perhaps,”
SFX: *kashi* -clack-
Vincent: “insecure and lonely, deep inside your heart is trembling?”
